All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered. If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Please CLICK HERE to complete our online adoption application. Many of our animals can be seen at our adoption center located at 5820 Richmond Rd, Texarkana, TX on Saturdays between 10 am - 3 pm. Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible. Sweet Harlow was dumped on the side of the road on th3e Arkansas side of Texarkana on a Saturday and a family passing through found her and 5 kittens in and around a box. They stopped and picked them up. They tried to take them to the shelter who turned them away. We took them in even though we were full because they were from out of town and had no way to contain them and their vehicle kept breaking down. She is sweet and affectionate and loves playing with the kittens who are not hers, but she treats them maternally. She would make a great addition to any home.
