All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered. If the animal is too young a certificate for the spay/neuter is included in the adoption fee. Texarkana Animal League is a 501c3 non profit and all donations are tax deductible. Rai Rai is a precious little gray kitten with medium length hair that is sweet and loving, although a little shy. She warms with attention and play. She loves toys and cuddles and would make a great addition to any home.
