Description:
An approved adoption application is required to meet me in my foster home -- fill out an application today! Our mailing address is Reston, VA and our cats fostered in NoVA and DC homes. Washington, D.C.- Suburban Virginia/Maryland Area inquiries only, please! FFGW Adoption Policy is that all kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs. If not part of a bonded pair, you need to have a compatible cat 1 year old or younger already in the family. Pollock is named after modern artist/abstract expressionist Jackson Pollock. Like his namesake’s artistry, he sees each day as full of color, movement, and energy. He’s a big and long boy with the cutest mitten paws. This tuxedo boy LOVES to eat and doesn’t discriminate between wet or dry food. While he hasn’t developed a taste for treats, he does love himself some catnip. While he hasn’t grown into his paws yet, he puts them to good use as he runs, chases, and wrestles his toys and siblings. He has always been an active and playful kitten, but has learned the joys of warm cuddles. Give him a soft blanket or a warm lap and he happily recharges until ready for his next meal or play session. He frequently sneaks his way into bed or into the corner of a lap on the couch. His purr is most noticeable when falling asleep with you or eating his favorite foods. Pollock would love to go home with his sister, Cassatt, but would do great in any home with furry friends with which to play. He’s brave and curious, so while he hasn’t been exposed to other animals or many children, he’d likely fit right in! Pollock is scheduled to be neutered and the surgery will be covered by Feline Foundation at their partner vet.
