It may not show well in my pictures but I have a lot of brown in my tabby coat so I could be called a "copper penny". I am only about 3 years old but I already know I want to be your only purr-kid! I am a bit of a bossy girl, but am easily won over with treats. I have some magic deshedding gloves that will help us to bond. I am not a fan of other cats - so, let's not go there! I like dogs but we need to consider the age, size and breed. Slow introductions are always best. As for kids, the best ones for me would be the ones that can read my signs, so, over 12 years old would probably be best. My owner said I am a lover but it has to be on MY terms. I like to sit around your neck on the back of your chair or the couch but I'm not too clingy. I do have my favorite toys and a tunnel to play in and my bed and carrier come with me too! I love those treats. I have been strictly indoors and I like siting on high things like the cat tree in my picture so I hope you have one! I can be very sweet or aloof and timid depending on my mood. If you want a somewhat independent companion to hang out with, then come and meet me and we will see how it goes! I have been spayed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and have my shots updated so I am ready for a new life - maybe with you??
