Description:
June is a 5.5 year old, sweet lady. While she is shy, and spends most of her time hiding in a box (for now) when you talk to her, and coax her out, she will love you forever! She doesn't mind being held, and appreciates ear rubs, and the top of her head scratched. She is a timid lady, but you can always find where she is! She came in as a stray and went unclaimed like most others. Given her demeanor, we don't think she will be comfortable in a home with young kids, but kids above 12 should suffice. We will probably try putting her in a community room so she can gain some confidence and see if that helps. As of now, we are unsure of how she does with other cats and dogs. All cats are spayed/neutered (deposit required if too young), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. HSBC has a policy of not declawing, which is included on our Adoption Contract. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the cat of your choice.
