He was born Oct 1 2024 to a wire-haired Chihuahua mix mama who came into rescue as a pregnant owner surrender. Little Cowboy is robust and healthy, friendly and playful. He is neutered (pediatric neuter), vaccinated, dewormed and started on heartworm and flea preventives. Cowboy's adoption fee is a donation to the rescue in the amount of $600.
