Description:
Groot is an 8 year old Poodle mix who came into rescue when his mom died. Groot can be a friendly and sweet little fellow but he needs a little time to warm up to new people. Groot needs a home without children. This funny character was potty pad trained before his mom's illness, but with all the changes and upset in his life, he will need a period of adjustment to be reliably pad trained again. Groot is now neutered, has had a recent dental, is fully vaccinated, tested negative for heartworm and is on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventives. His adoption fee is a donation to the rescue in the amount of $500.
