NEWBIE ALERT!! Meet Buck! He was rescued the summer of ‘24 by Good Samaritans from a home where he was severely neglected. Buck is approximately two years old and we think black mouth cur mix. He weighs about 50 pounds. Buck is incredibly sweet, loving, energetic, and gets along with other dogs and cats. Buck was hit by a car and never taken to a vet before he was rescued. Therefore, he has a limp on one of his back legs from this untreated injury. But it does not stop him from running and bouncing and chasing squirrels. Buck is kennel trained and great in the house and we are working on leash training. He is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals. All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!
