Cassidy (A131362) is a 1-year-8-month old mixed breed who weighed 75 lbs at intake!11/09/24 This sweet, photogenic girl is Cassidy, previously known as Carol and who usually responds best to `Cass!` Cass was reluctantly brought to the shelter when her previous owners realized they did not have the time to give her the attention she deserves with several life changes that have come their way recently. Cass was said to be kennel trained and housebroken. She was described as being friendly, outgoing and affectionate. She does well with every human and animal she meets, but some cats and small dogs may find her a bit annoying as she sometimes struggles with boundaries. Cass rides well in the car and generally minds well. However, she has been known to jump on people and counters and will get into the trash if given the opportunity. Cass was said to be gentle when playing, and specifically did well with the preemie baby in the home. She LOVES to play with everyone! A friendly reminder that puppies are a lot of work and a big-time commitment. These littles are going to need help with potty training, basic commands, kennel training, positive socialization and so much more! Little miss Perm has a longer coat and her prior owner wanted to stress that she will need continued grooming/brushing as she ages.
