Juliet (A137430) is a 9-month-old husky mix who weighed nearly 50 lbs at intake!03/04/25 Juliet is back at the shelter after a brief adoption after not doing well with the cats and pocket pets in the home. She was stated to be a bit too rough with them and would do best in a home without small animals. Juliet was said to do well with other dogs. Please ensure you are making appropriate introductions with all new animals. While in their care, Juliet was stated to do well with children and strangers and was described as a very sweet girl! When left alone Juliet was said to vocalize and become destructive. We encourage her next owner to work on kennel training and work with a certified trainer to continue working on her manners! She is a young dog looking for a patient owner and some guidance! If you are interested in meeting Juliet, please let us know! 02/13/25 This pretty little lady is Juliet! Juliet arrived at the shelter with her brother Valentino as a stray. We do not know much about their history. They have both done well at keeping their kennels clean, for the most part, while at the shelter. They also seem pretty indifferent toward their doggy neighbors and very eager to greet every human they see. If planning to introduce Juliet to other animals or small kids, please make sure to do so in a safe and controlled manner. Both Valentino and Juliet are bouncy young dogs who could stand to learn some manners. Enrolling them in a basic obedience class with a certified trainer would be a great place to start!
