She has hypothyroidism and is responding very well to treatment of one pill every 12 hours. She is on Apoquel when available for allergies. She does have some separation anxiety, but not nearly as bad as it was 8 months ago. She truly has gotten worlds better and calmer since when I first brought her home from the shelter 8 months ago. I only keep things in her reach that are hers when I leave her alone. I recommend slow controlled introductions to other dogs. She has responded well to some and not so well with a couple of others. Small children can pet her and be around her. She licks and sniffs them. She truly is a lover of people and just loves people.
