This handsome guy had been living under a bridge, doing his very best to survive on his own. Luckily for him, a passerby noticed him and contacted a local rescue group. Rover was very malnourished and dehydrated but he still had the will to survive and a trusting spirit. Rover is a very sweet, smart and eager to please boy. He's friendly, loving and it seems as though he is familiar with being inside a house. Rover is good with other dogs but will do best as the only male. He can be bossy with other boys and gets along better with the ladies! This wonderful boy is in desperate need of a foster or adoptive home.
