GAINESVILLE, TEXAS ~ AVAILABLE FOR FOSTER, FOSTER-TO-ADOPT OR ADOPTION PLEASE EMAIL [email protected] Meet Dawson! He is a super handsome brindle male Anatolian Shepherd Dog or mix. Dawson was abandoned in a rural area and all efforts to find an owner were exhausted. In order to keep him from going to a shelter we were lucky enough to find an open kennel at the rescue boarding facility. We estimate Dawson's DOB to be appx December 2022. He currently weighs around 100 lbs. Dawson is looking for either a foster, foster to adopt or an adoptive home. He is neutered, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Dawson is a lovely boy. He's a little timid at first but once he gets to know you he is a big-time-tail-wagger! Dawson is good with other dogs and good with cats. He prefers to eat by himself in his own space though. Transport options may be available depending on where you live.
