I’m very impressed with him being an “old soul”, for being so young. He is a sweetheart to the fullest. He has a really soft, smooth, shiny coat. It’s a little longer than it looks. Definitely soft and definitely shiny. There is a Facebook page where potential doctors can see the dogs that I foster in My Home. I will put a link at the end of this section. Toby is located in Harrison Arkansas with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue. He would be transported to your location via the rescue network transport.
