Description:
Bear is super sweet and full of energy. His owner had to go into a nursing home and could not keep him. He came from a farm but was also kept in a large pen at times. He was never inside until we got him. He is adapting very well though, using the doggie door and only has had a few accidents. Bear is very smart and we only have to show him something once before he catches on. He had never been on a leash or in a harness before. The first attempt was funny to watch, but after that, he was a professional. Bear is good with other dogs, kids, and cats too. He will need some work on house training but seems to be catching on fast. He is very playful and friendly and loves attention. He also likes to play in water and would be a great adventure buddy!
