Description:
Luke is a very friendly and playful dog. He loves stuffies and to be around people. He needs a home with people who will give him lots of attention. Luke does not like cats but is good with most other dogs. He is a little afraid of small children with all of their fast movements and loud noises, but older, more calm kids would be fine. Luke is eager to please and just wants a person to love on him and be with him all the time. He will make a great companion dog for someone or a family. He is just over a year old and weighs 45lbs. **Luke was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training and graduated with flying colors in Sept 2024. He is now crate trained, knows a ton of cues, has manners, and knows a lot tricks as well! *We are sending him back to the prison for a refresher course from Feb 11 - March 11 so he will be extra ready for his new family.
