Description:
Picasso is playful, sweet, and full of personality. He is very affectionate but can be a little timid at first. He has only been outside, but is loving being inside at our shelter. He is doing pretty well with house-training too! Picasso is good with other dogs and bigger kids (he doesn't know his size.
