This is Cole, one of our longest residents who really wants a home. Itâs no fun for a puppy to grow up in a shelter kennel. Cole is a nice young pup who's looking for a new start. He is a little shy of strangers at first, and may give you a spooky little bark. But if you show him some affection and some treats, he'll be your best friend pretty quickly. He loves lap time in the playroom, even though he's a little big for that! He also loves other dogs and would do well with a companion dog in the home to show him the ropes. Cole can be pretty high energy sometimes, like any respectable young dog, and another dog would also help him get out some of that fun energy. Cole also settles nicely with his human friends. Once he gets the lay of the land, we think Cole will do well in a home â he just needs a chance, and someone to fall in love with him as much as our volunteers have!
