At just 2 months old, Addie is already showing off her confident and intelligent nature — true to her German Shepherd roots! She may be a little pup, but she's got a big personality and an even bigger heart. Addie is currently sharing her space with her foster brother Louie, a much larger shepherd with a bark that could shake the rafters. But does Addie flinch? Not a chance! She greeted him like the poised little lady she is, and now she happily lounges beside him, as a loyal friend would. Vacuum cleaner? No problem. While other pups might bolt at the sound, Addie watches it like it’s her own personal curiosity show. She’ll even follow you around to supervise your chores, providing moral support with her adorable head tilts and curious eyes. Addie is working on her house-training skills and is making great progress with crate training. She’s quite the opinionated princess and prefers to keep her crate door open during the day. But at night? She snuggles in without a fuss, feeling safe and sound near her foster mom’s bed. Consistency is key for this little learner, so she’ll thrive in a home committed to helping her become the best girl she is destined to be. And let’s talk about playtime! Addie’s current obsession is her long cotton rope, which she proudly parades around like a champion. Tug-of-war, solo chewing sessions, you name it — this girl knows how to have a good time. Keeping her entertained (a must) with engaging toys will help her continue to grow into the well-mannered pup she’s already showing signs of becoming. Addie’s also a dedicated workout buddy. If you’re doing sit-ups or yoga, she’ll be right there, offering motivational tail wags. And when it’s time to wind down, she’s more than happy to curl up next to you for some well-earned belly rubs. With her keen mind, loving spirit, and playful nature, Addie is at the perfect age to soak up all the lessons and love her forever family has to offer.
