Male Dog, Husky

Husky / Mixed (Medium Coat)

Description:

Jay came into our care in June of 2023 as a stray from Brawley Animal Control. When Jay was brought in, he was very clean and of a healthy weight. We quickly learned he knew some basic commands and we were certain someone was looking for him, but sadly they were not. In the year and a half he has been in the kennels he has been housed with several other dogs and he has done great with all of them! Jay also does well on a leash, he loves scratches on his face and behind his ears, and he loves to play. He’s a very curious guy and he loves to explore new places. Jay does have a healthy energy level, so we feel Jay would do well in a home where he has a brother or sister to run and play with. A year and a half is far too long for this handsome husky to have been kenneled. Our paws are crossed that our Holiday Huskies adoption event finally brings Jay the big break he deserves!
