Description:
Poor Buddy was left at a distant shelter since mid-Nov. He was an urgent rescue off PTS list. He is now very skinny but gentle and very sweet. Needs bath and grooming. Buddy is friendly and great with other dogs. New photo to come as he relaxes and gets extra TLC at his hero Foster Home. 12/15/24 update: Buddy is super sweet precious and great with everyone and other dogs. Social friendly. He is thin and gaining weight with yummy and healthy food. He did great at his vacation foster home with another dog. Everyone adores him. Happy kid. Update 1/2/24 from 3 foster homes: Buddy needs 3 days to decompress and relax. He needs the 3 3 3 new dog rules. First 2-3 days he is anxious and needy. Need daily 45 min walk or multiple short walks per day. Need active person for walks and to hang out with. Then after day 3 he relaxes and will nap/lounge more. He loves playing with another playful dog and will nap with that dog. If no dog he wants to stay near his foster home person. Another playful dog would be best for his happiness and adjustment. He is a sweetie.
