Jasper is a really nice dog, a little older, maybe middle aged. He's got lots of great years ahead and loves playing in the water. In the picture below he's using a water bowl as his own little pool. He's in a foster home and thriving. GrandPaws applies to any dog age 7 years or older. The adoption fees are reduced to help offset veterinary costs that occur as dogs age.
