Doesn't everyone like Toffee? It’s pretty sweet you know, and so am I. But it’s also sticky, and that describes me, too because you'll pick me up and never be able to put me down. I love everyone and I'm learning to be a good dog. Imagine that, a good dog you can't put down! Come see me at adoption events and see for yourself.
