Description:
Col. Potter Cairn Terrier Rescue www.cairnrescue.comMeet Buttercup, and yes, she is a princess! Buttercup’s came to Col. Potter in the Spring when her momma passed. Her momma rescued dogs so we don’t know what happened in Buttercup’s first few years that makes it difficult to trust strangers, but she really wants to be loved – it just takes some time. She has learning that her foster mom gives good scritches and has a warm lap for this little white Westie/Poodle mix. Buttercup is only 5 years, and is more poodle than terrier in her build and personality, which means she kind of bounces around the house and will stand up on her hind legs and talk to you as though she knows a circus routine! She gets along with other dogs although she doesn’t put up with puppy nonsense from the youngest dog in the house. Would you like a small dog that cuddles in your lap and is happy to go for walkies with you? Are you willing to help her learn to trust you for the first few months? Then this little princess may be the perfect fit for you!FOR LOTS MORE INFORMATION ON BUTTERCUP ENTER OR COPY THIS LINK ONTO YOUR WEB BROWSER:https://www.cairnrescue.com/store/dogs/ Buttercup is being fostered in Newberrytown, PA in a PRIVATE FOSTER HOME but we allow our dogs to be adopted out all over the United States and Canada!LEARN OUR "ADOPTION FAQS": Any questions that you may have about our adoption process, fees, transporting a dog, and our policy not to adopt to families with small children, can be answered at our main website or going directly to this link: https://www.cairnrescue.com/service/faq/ IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU READ THE FAQ'S BEFORE COMPLETING AN APPLICATION.
