Description:
Traka is a 1-2 year old 40lbs spayed border collie who is great with other dogs and people! She came to us with a broken leg, but her leg is healed and she’s ready to go. This girl is HIGH DRIVE! She’s very busy and needs someone who understands the breed and will provide her with an outlet. She has high prey drive, so please no cats, and she wants to bark at and chase livestock, and anything, anyone that moves lol. No aggression, just barky/frustrated. She LOVES toys and loves to play, and plays well with other dogs too! But she has finally learned how to settle down in a crate too and is great in the car. She is a beautiful and really fun dog, but needs someone who understands the breed and will work with her. She’s been to a herding lesson in Wilton (near Sac) and definitely has the drive for herding work, just needs rules and fine tuning with someone who knows what they’re doing (or willing to learn with lessons).
