Stacy is a pretty 16-pound mixed-breed pup looking for a forever home to help her blossom. She does great with other dogs and cats, has mastered house training, and has proven to be a low-maintenance and quiet member of her foster household. Stacy wants to be around people and follows her foster family around, joining them on the couch or bed or curling up in a nearby dog bed to stay close. Stacy’s past life as part of a pack of under-socialized small dogs means that she does have some residual anxiety: she worries about being approached by people and will often retreat if approached, preferring instead to seek attention from people on her own terms. Because of this history, Stacy will do best in a home with other dogs, and will follow their lead to learn the rules of the pack and build trust with her people.
