Cattle dog, female 1 year oldSyd was found by a Good Samaritan wandering orange groves near Fresno. She was extremely malnourished, so clearly a dumped or very neglected dog. They took her in, got her vetted, and committed to getting her healthy and ready for a forever home. Fast forward two months, Syd is a healthy Cattle Dog, weighing about 35-40lbs, and just under a year old if we had to guess. She’s also: housebroken people and dog social (cats unknown) highly intelligent knows basic commands tug is her love language After pouring blood, sweat, and tears into this gal her finders wanted to do it right, so they reached out to us for help with breed-savvy placement. Syd is a real deal heeler! First-timers need not apply. Syd is located in San Luis Obispo, CA. She will be microchipped, UTD on vaccines, and can go home after her spay which is scheduled for Monday, Feb 10.
