Connor is a 2 year old male pittie / basset hound mix. He came to his current foster after being put on the euthanasia list at Front Street for space, but his current owner did not have time to care for him. Connor is as sweet as can be and loves everyone and every dog he meets. Connor has great youthful energy, but is also a couch potato. He loves nothing more than snuggling up and watching TV at the end of the night. Connor is doing well on a leash, but still needs a little correction with pulling as he is a strong boy. He enjoys playing with his squeaky toys and hanging out with his foster brothers. He would do really well with another active dog in the house for company and to play with. Connor is crate trained (up to 5 hours) and sleeps in his bed throughout the night. He is house trained and currently uses a doggie door well. He knows basic commands such as sit, down, bed/crate, and his name to come when called. Connor was neutered while at Front Street and is up to date on all of his vaccines. He weighs about 40-45lbs but is a short, squatty guy, very like a basset hound. He does very well with dogs of all sizes (no signs of aggression at all!) but has not been tested with cats.
