We are excited to introduce to you the ever so handsome Spock (Star Trek) !! Spock is a 4 year old 17 lb Chihuahua Mix that came to us from @mantecaanimalshelter Here is what his foster family has to say about him - "Spock is the whole package. He is smart, and logical while cautious of the unknown. He seemed unfamiliar with walks and scared to venture out much. He will need more leash training to develop his confidence. He is fully housetrained, good with other dogs with more of a passive temperament. He loves people, and seems unphased by other animals such as cats and chickens. He loves to cuddle and be close to you but if you need space he will settle with a pillow, toy or blanket. He has not picked up any tricks yet but loves treats. He doesn’t seem very interested in barking and shadows the other dogs when they bark, just to feel part of the crew. He plays well with other dogs and picks up on the social cues of the more antisocial." Spock sounds like a great companion for almost any home. He is being fostered in Vacaville CA which is where he will be available to meet potential adopters.
