My Adoption Fee is Waived!Meet Chris Stapleton, a 6-year-old male Husky looking for his forever home! Chris has made great strides in overcoming his shyness. He enjoys going for walks and is not a strong puller. Chris is a shining star with other dogs, often used to test new arrivals at the shelter due to his friendly and playful nature.He was previously in a foster home where he appeared to be house trained, used a dog door, and was comfortable in his crate for 2-6 hours. While still learning to trust humans, he's making good progress. Chris is hesitant with receiving physical affection but he liked to lay at his foster mom's feet while she worked at her desk. Chris would do best in a quieter home as unexpected noises and fast movements can scare him. He would do well with someone who works from home who has patience and time to winning over Chris's heart. As he got comfortable in his foster home, he really was a sweet boy that just needs someone to show him the world is not out to get him. Are you ready to give Chris the loving home he deserves?He would enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home who is a good role model to help Chris feel comfortable in new settings.
