Hi, I'm Merlot. Look for video coming soon. In the meantime, here is what I can say about myself: I am a gentle, middle-aged gal. I am looking for the creature comforts in life: soft bedding, good snacks, plentiful head rubs. I walk well on leash, not pulling much and or zigzagging like those young crazy kids do sometimes. I greet other dogs appropriately, so far, from what volunteers have seen. I have been paired successfully with a male husky mix, too, so I will probably do well, if you have a dog at home for me to be friends with. Just please don't rush our intros. I really like humans a lot, and I am super hoping to have one come take me out of the shelter soon.
