Meet Benedictine aka Benny! DOB: September 2020Weight: 45 lbsDisposition: Sweet, Gentle, LovingThis girl is an absolute reliable sweetheart! Benny is loving and friendly towards men, women, kids, toddlers & infants! She's engaging and listens and comes when called. Hanging with her humans and lounging on soft couches or plush dog beds. Excellent and trustworthy with dogs of all sizes, she loves to play with dogs as little as chihuahuas and as big as St. Bernards. She's playful and gentle at the same time. While we can only imagine the horrors of Benedictine's history, she is a thoughtful, appeasing and sweet little girl with a wonderful disposition and attitude. Her forever family will be very lucky to enjoy her gratitude daily and show her off as an excellent representative of a persecuted breed. History: Found with a chain Rescued by TBL from Kern County shelter when she was at risk of euthanasia. She was found with a massive chain and padlock around her neck and entropion (a painful eye condition where the lashes scrape the retina of the eye and create pain and scarring).
