We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Introducing Brioche! This sweet little nugget cannot wait to meet her forever family. Born in early June of 2024, this tiny dachshund/chihuahua mix is just over 8 lbs. of love and joy. She is a playful puppy who loves to snuggle and keeps herself warm under covers, on your lap, or nestled up with other dogs in the home. She warms up to new people immediately. While she is still growing, she will always be a small pup who happily joins adventures out and about. She doesn’t require long walks but does enjoy being out in the sunshine. Brioche is a bit fearful of young children and their energy so we would reccommend that she be adopted to a home without young children. Brioche is a puppy and is working on potty training and consistently uses potty pads inside while learning. She sleeps through the night but needs to go out immediately when she wakes up Brioche will need a home with other pups to keep her company, and one where she is not left alone for long periods of time until she grows a little bit and feels more confident. Her adoption fee is $350. A refundable training deposit of $100 will be also due upon adoption. Training must be provided in a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The training deposit will be refundable within 3 months of the adoption date. All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies. Please go to www.secondchancedogrescue.org and complete an application today! All dogs live in private foster homes until they are adopted.
