Description:

Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Sergeant! This handsome gentleman may act shy at first, but deep down he is as sweet as they come! Sergeant, along with Savannah, came to us as an owner surrender simply because they couldn’t take care of him anymore. Despite his past owners, he has settled in nicely and is just waiting for his perfect family to find him. Did we mention he is a strong, handsome boy? He absolutely enjoys getting out for his daily walks and will stand nice and still while our volunteers leash him up. Plus, with a little bit of leash work, he walks decently on a leash and knows how to sit. While he isn’t super treat motivated, he will occasionally accept a piece of beef liver if he’s in the mood for a snack, which is usually after a walk…or maybe he’s holding out for a plain cheeseburger. While Sergeant walks well with other dogs on pack walks, we are still getting to know how he does interacting with them, so check back soon for more info! If interested in fostering or adopting Sergeant, please fill out an application at www.labradorsandfriends.org Sergeant is located in Southern California.
