Twinkle aka Noelle Is Ready To Meet You!! Twinkle is a beautiful, 6 year old girl who we rescued from the San Bernardino Shelter after she recovered from Kennel Cough and was in danger due to severe shelter overcrowding. This girl LOVES everyone she meets! She is happy to great everyone with tail wags and a kisses. Twinkle is pretty good on the leash, she is learning some commands and she does appear to be house trained. No small dogs or cats for Twinkle.
