Doobie is our sweet old guy who found himself in need of a new home after the loss of two moms. He is a bit befuddled by the changes. He's a sweet boi that enjoys his outings after many months crated. Doobie has been to the beach and loved it. He has visited many dog parks and can wander about happily sniffing the pee-mail. Doobie isn't asking for long adventures. He'd be content with a nice stroll and napping in a sunspot. Doobie is 9 years old and 13 lbs. He has a big scruffy neck that you just can't resist rubbing, and that is what he wants. Doobie is good with other dogs and he visited a house with cats and showed minimal interest. He chose a fluffy bed inches from one of the cats. Doobie barks when it is time to go potty. In a new home, he will need to learn your routines but the little bark reminder should help both of you. Doobie can be a tiny bit anxious when you leave but if there is another pet in the home, it is a comfort to him. Doobie is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered. Doobie had a dental 12/18/2024. He is looking for a loving home in N California. Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs.
