Nutmeg is a gentle, lovable spaniel mix with the cutest little underbite you’ve ever seen. At just 12 pounds and around 2 years old, she’s a shy but affectionate girl who takes her time warming up to new people, but once she trusts you, she’s all snuggles and love. She came to us from a hoarding situation, where she lived with many other dogs. Though she seems to have been well cared for, Nutmeg is still a bit under-socialized. Luckily, she’s now thriving in a foster home where she’s receiving plenty of attention, learning how to walk on a leash, and discovering the world outside her safe space. Nutmeg is a little cautious of new noises and experiences, but she’s making great strides every day!
