Welcome to SVPP!Dobby is a 5 pound, unneutered (yet!), 5 year-old male Chihuahua. Please welcome Dobby to SVPP! We are still getting to know this tiny boy, but he is already settling into life as a loved foster dog. Dobby loves to go for walks, snuggle with his humans, and ride along for adventures!
