Description:

Looking to adopt a great little pup that just needs a turn in his luck? Joshua is your guy! Found living on the wild (and dangerous) side, running along Hecker Pass in Gilroy, this 17 pound bundle of love was kept safe by a concerned citizen who called us for help. Because he had damage to his eye, our veterinary team removed it to stop any discomfort associated with the injury, which could not otherwise be healed. Now feeling better, Joshie is ready for a family who can show him the kinder side of life. Joshua spent 5 nights with a foster family over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Here are some highlights:he demonstrated that he is housebroken, bonds with his humans fast, likes walks and has bursts of energy but mostly wants to cuddle and be petted by his humans. His foster, who has 2 cats and dog said that he would do fine as an only dog or with others and that he is a very, very sweet boy. He is food and treat motivated and they report that he sleeps through the night. With many guests over for the holiday, he maintained his goodbye status and loving curled up with in the open lap of foster grandpa who snuggled him up in extra blanket to keep him warm and secure. Interested in meeting Joshua? Please visit our adoption center located at 12425 Monterey Rd in San Martin anytime during open hours (12-6pm weekdays, 12-5 pm weekends). No appointment is necessary and there is no pre-application process.*MY ADOPTION FEE WAS GRACIOUSLY SPONSORED
