He's mild mannered & has a very happy-go-lucky personality. Loves a good walk. He's very playfulWhat we know: Bingo was owner surrendered, he was being neglected at his prior home. The family was living their life and the dog was not part of it. His coat was very matted and overgrown on arrival. A nice grooming appt fixed that. He's a very happy boy, loves the attention you give him.
