We get many dogs here at the shelter that have had a rocky start to life. And for plenty of them, you can tell right away. Not with Sheila. When you meet her, you'll have no idea she was ever down on her luck. Unbelievably loving, smart, cuddly and energetic, she is a Shelter Star. Honestly, we have no idea why she's still here! She is a working breed, so make no mistake, she's no slouch.
