Meet Allegra!-1 year old spayed female Rottweiler -Surrendered to the Shelter after previous guardian was unable to continue caring for-Previously lived primarily outdoors and may need a bit of patience to acclimate to indoor living-Would thrive with a dog savvy adopter that will provide above average mental and physical stimulation-Very playful with staff at the Shelter-A home with sturdy children and/or teens recommended due to mouthing behavior observed when excited-May do well with another dog in the home-No history with catsNow through December 17th, BISSELL Pet Foundations is sponsoring reduced adoption fees and we are participating! Adoption fees for all cats and dogs are reduced to $50.Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
