Meet Lemon Drop!-11 month old female pittie mix (breed is simply a guess!)-Weighs around 28lbs-Came into the Shelter as a stray so we do not know about her life before the Shelter -Was reserved upon arrival to the Shelter but came out of her Shell quickly-Sometimes barks when she wants attention in her kennel or is frustrated but very people oriented and imprints quickly-Introduced to several dogs at the Shelter and has been noted to be polite and coexists-Will do best in a home with no small animals-Has shown to be good around childrenPlease note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
