Meet Shiloh, the Australian Shepherd and Border Collie Mix. Shiloh came to us from her previous animal owner after they were no longer able to care for her. Shiloh has traits that are specific to her breed mix, such as herding, that will need an experienced adopter to set her up for success in her next home. Shiloh has been eager to interact with people and pleasant with dogs here at the shelter. In her previous home, some of her favorite activities were playing with a tennis ball and going to the beach. If you are interested in adding a beautiful herding dog to your family, check out our spotted Shiloh. Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
