Meet Winter!-2 year old spayed female Husky mix (Husky mix is simply a guess!)-Weighs 50lbs-Lived in a home with men and women previously & has been friendly living with strangers-Enjoys being active with her human friends â going for hikes are on the top of her to-dos! -Has made some dog friends at the Shelter including Rocky!-House trained in previous home-Knows âsitâ, âshakeâ and is still perfecting âroll overâ-Not recommended for a home with cats-History of being friendly with children she lived with (ages 2 and 5 years old)Please note: Our Santa Cruz locationâs Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end âmeet and greetsâ (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If youâd like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
