Panda is no panda. He's a sweet pup who's been through a lot and is ready for a new life. Panda is loving, although he can be frightened in new situations. He might be initially nervous, but he could climb into your lap for affection in a mattter of minutes. Panda is looking for a patient and loving home; we recommend a fenced yard and older kids in his new home. He should meet the whole family before adoption.
