He has very good manners in the house. As soon as he gets to know people, like our volunteers, he loves them and wants affection. He loves to go on walks/hikes and likes to be brushed. Gringo is a strong dog but when he gets to know somebody, he wants to sit in your lap. He can be a real goof ball! Per his previous owners he loves food, not picky at all! He doesn’t care much for toys, would rather play with his family or other dogs Gringo loves to be loved on and cuddle/snuggle whenever he gets the chance He is a wonderful, smart and funny boy. He can be very protective of his family. Gringo needs slow introductions, potential adopters would do best having several meet and greets so he can feel more comfortable and facilitate a transition to a new home. Gringo needs a yard with above ground fencing, preferably 6 foot NO UNDERGROUND FENCING! NO APARTMENTS, CONDOS OR TOWNHOMES
