We host adoption events at Bentley's Pet Stuff every Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The address for these events is 2000 E County Line Rd, Littleton, COMaya is a 6 year old mutt (blue heeler, lab, and staffordshire terrier mix) who is very eager to please. She loves learning new commands and can demonstrate sit, stay, down, spot (goes to her "spot"), and has a decent recall. She likes to have a job to do (she will play fetch until your arm can throw no more). Maya gets along well with other dogs and is also friendly with cats. Maya is loyal and attuned to her humans, and she can sometimes be protective. Maya is vocal when new people come over to the house and may take a couple visits to warm up to someone. She can also be skittish/anxious with delivery drivers and unfortunately, she's also skittish around small humans. She will thrive in a house with an experienced dog owner without young kids.
