With his dots and spots and brown eye patch this Pointer/Mixed Breed boy is sure to be the talk of the town.Tanner is a young pup at around 5 months old and has plenty of growing up to do so it is estimated that he will be a medium sized dog (31-60 pounds) when he is full grown. He currently weighs around 30 pounds. He also has a medium energy level that makes him a great companion for walks around the neighborhood, some playtime and lots of cuddles when home beckons. He is happy to hang out with children and other dogs. It is not known at this time whether Tanner enjoys hanging out with cats.Tanner is currently working on his leash training. He has already mastered his house and crate training like a champ. Establishing a bathroom routine after meals, exercise and naps will help him become a well-behaved member of the household. If crate training is planned, Tanner will require a crate that is big enough for him to stand and turn around in as well as lie down comfortably. It is important to remember that although Tanner is housetrained, accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment.Gaze into his big brown eyes, see that he is just begging for a family to call his own, friends to admire his beauty and a forever home full of warmth and love.The adoption fee for Tanner is $500.
