Description:
Meet Trooper the spunky pup with a heart of gold. His wagging tail and happy demeanor is sure to win the hearts of everyone he meets. Trooper is a 4 year and 5 month short haired white and brown Terrier mix. Trooper is at his full-grown weight of 54 pounds, making him a medium size dog.Trooper is a higher energy dog that is always up for a game of fetch or a long walk/hike, making him a great companion for any adventure seeker. He is a quick paced leash walker with lots of spunk for leash walks, hikes or runs. Trooper enjoys the company of other dogs and children but would prefer a feline free home. He can match the energy level of the people around him with being a cool chill boy or ramp up the energy for and becoming more energetic for lots of play. He loves tug of war and games of chase. He is a true sofa surfer as he takes everything he loves right to the couch for easy access and entertainment. When he is with other dogs, he is comfortable with them for their company or as for playmates. He is also gentle with children. He has a love water and loves playing in it. He practically does a backflip. Perhaps water sports are in his future. With a kind, loving and attentive boy like Trooper, every day is a discovery of joy and love. Trooper is house, leash and crate trained but it is important to remember that while he is adjusting to a new environment accidents can happen. The perfect family/individual for Trooper is one that has the commitment to continue his training and the time to provide him with the exercise and socialization Trooper loves. Are you looking for that faithful companion with a zest for life?
